Your Subscription Cancellation Rights

The reason for this required 7-day notice is because we prepare orders for the upcoming month ahead of time, so that they are able to ship on time. 

Subscription cancellations placed later than 7 days before the renewal are subject incur a charge for the upcoming month, and we reserve the right to review these cases on a case-by-case basis. This will often depend on if next month’s order has already been prepackaged, although may depend on other reasons.

Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer receive future shipments nor incur future charges. You can resubscribe at any time. 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision cancelling your subscription manually through your Member portal or by:

Conditions for Returns

At the current time, we do not accept returns for goods. If shipments from your subscription are returned to us via USPS or a postal carrier due to some error on behalf of the receiver, the customer is responsible for covering the full postage to reship the misdelivered order. 

With that said, our team will still work diligently to resolve any shipping issues that may arise. We are committed to serving our customers well, and reserve the right to assess disputes or any events on a case-by-case basis.
